ANALISIS PENDAPATAN MITRA “GRABBIKE” STUDY KASUS PROVINSI D.I. YOGYAKARTA

The need for transportation is a demand that arises as a result of the commodities or services needed, therefore the transportation of people or goods is not the final destination but can achieve the intended destination. Transportation is divided into two types, namely public transportation and private transportation. Since the last three years, the people of the city of Yogyakarta have been presented with special rental transportation such as motorcycle taxis and online taxis. The use of transportation applications is currently very large, as can be seen from the number of gojek or grabspassing by on the streets. It can be seen that the community is helped by the presence of Gojek or Grab and the public is easy to use this transportation application. This phenomenon certainly has an influence on online transportation companies, especially at PT. Grab Indonesia in improving the welfare of GrabBike partners. The variables used to determine the effect of theincome of grab bike partners in the Special Region of Yogyakarta are the distance traveled, the number of hours worked, the number of customers, and the number of points. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the independent variables working hours, distance traveled, and the number ofcustomers and the dependent variable is the income of Grabbike partners. Themethod used is Ordinary Least Square (OLS) using primary data. The results of this study indicate that the mileage variable has a negative and insignificant effect, the working hours variable has no significant effect, the number of customers variable has a significant positive effect, and the variable number of points has a significant positive effect on the incomevariable of Yogyakarta Grab-bike Partners
